Refund Policy
Sten Labs, Inc. guarantees satisfaction. If a customer is not pleased with any product we sell, we will offer a refund or exchange. All products are refundable/exchangeable within 30 days from the date of your order from stenlabs.com. Refunds/Exchanges must be processed when the customer presents the goods regardless of when or what was purchased online. Please note that each customer must supply a photo of the damaged product and / or a detailed analysis of how the product has been damaged, lost by the service provider or not the customers satisfaction. Please refer to your packing slip for return instructions.
POLICY
In order to better serve our customers, the customer must provide a valid sales invoice and a valid photo ID within 30 days from the date or purchase.
Check Refunds: Check refunds are given on product purchased with cash and brought back, used or unused, within 30 days of the purchase date with a valid sales receipt and a valid photo ID within 30 days from the date or purchase.
Exchanges: If the customer returns non-opened, used or opened product, an exchange will be offered based on the amount paid (as shown on the sales invoice on stenlabs.com packing slip).
In the absence of a sales invoice or Stenlabs.com packing slip an exchange will be offered on any Sten labs, Inc. brand product based on the lowest sale price within the last 60 days and a 10% Sten Labs, Inc VIP membership discount. If a product was on sale Buy One, Get One Free within the last 60 days and only one product is returned, the exchange would be equal to 50% of the regular retail price and a 10% of the Sten Labs VIP membership discount. Note: The 10% less than current website sales price is offered due to the Sten Labs VIP Membership Card discount.
